Located at 901 W. Lancaster Avenue in the heart of Bryn Mawr, the Bryn Mawr Firehouse is home to Ladder 23, Engine 23, and Squad 23. For over 100 years our volunteers have served Lower Merion and Radnor Township residents in their times of need. This year our 3 fulltime Engineers, 5 officers and more than 30 Hosemen will respond approximately 700 calls including Structure Fires, Brush Fires, Fire and Carbon Monoxide Alarms, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Motor Vehicle Fires, Wires Down, Utility Standby, EMS Assist, Major Medical Emergencies, Helicopter Landing Zone setups, and many more.
Built on a foundation of tradition, training, family, and community service, the Bryn Mawr Fire Company proudly serves its Delaware and Montgomery County residents. At Bryn Mawr we pride ourselves on maintaining our traditions and level of service from the past while constantly working to remain ahead of the times and at the top of our game. Led by Danny Kincade, only the 10th chief in our over 100 year history, the Bryn Mawr Fire Company's volunteers are here to serve you and your family 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. North Stone Ridge Lane Fire

Tuesday about 1 AM the tones dropped for a house fire on StoneRidge Lane. The building fire assignment went off. Ladder 23 went responding with a crew of 4 deputy and chief 23 were on radio. Police on location had fire through the roof. Deputy 23 confirmed the police report. The first in crew took a 1 13/4, into the front door and had plenty of fire. This morning 8/31 we had the pleasure to escort our Deputy Chief Bill Gallagher to his last day of work at Radnor Twp. After 22 years he has decided to retire and look forward to his next endeavor.
